Removing pending changes for NY 529 College Savings

Employees can remove pending College Savings changes via ESS the same day they entered the change request.

Important: Employees can cancel their College Savings payroll deduction enrollment through ESS after it has been processed. Please refer to topic: Canceling your NY 529 Savings payroll deductions.

To remove pending changes for College Savings

1. From the navigation menu, click Employee Self Service, then click Payroll and Compensation, then click College Savings.
   
   A page with your current College Savings and pending information appears.
   
   
2. Click the Remove Pending Record button.
   
   
3. A message box appears, then click ok
   
   A refreshed College Savings page appears with the Pending Record removed.
