Removing a phone number

Retirees can specify multiple phone numbers in Retiree Self Service (RSS), such as home phone, personal cell phone, and/or other phone number. Retirees can add or remove phone information at any time.

This change takes effect in the system immediately.

To remove a phone number

From the RSS home page, do the following:

1. Click the "Personal Details" tile.
   
   
2. Click "Contact Details" in the sidebar menu.
   
   
3. Click on the phone number that needs to be removed.
   
   "Phone Number" pop-up window opens.
   
   
4. Click the "Delete" button.
   
   A message appears, asking you to confirm the deletion.
   
   
5. Click the "Yes" button.
